What countries do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within the 50 states and to American territories and APO/FPO addresses. We hope to ship internationally in the near future.

What shipping method(s) do you use?

The Chrome Cactus Boutique ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our default method is USPS Ground Advantage. Your order is sent with detailed tracking/tracking number, shipment confirmation and insurance up to $100.00.

Priority Mail is an option we offer as well. It includes tracking, shipment confirmation and insurance up to $100.00 just as Ground Advantage does.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Your shipping cost is calculated on the actual weight of the merchandise and the destination to where it's being sent. USPS guidelines are used to ensure proper calculation.

How long will it take to get my order?

Accepted Answer

Our processing time is 1-2 days. We ship 6 days a week, incuding Saturdays. Once your order has been processed and is in the hands of the USPS, Ground Advantage will take 2-5 business days depending on your location. USPS Priority Mail will take 2-3 business days depending on your location.

What is your return process?

We do accept returns. The Chrome Cactus Boutique needs to be notified within seven days if you plan to return an item(s). Please email us at admin@thechromecactusboutique.com

Once you have notified us of your decision to make a return, item(s) need to be mailed off within 3 business days via a trackable method.

Merchandise must be received back by us in the exact same condition that it was in when mailed off to you (for most of our merchandise, this is brand new and undamaged in any way).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The purchase price of returned merchandise will be refunded to you as soon as merchandise is received back by The Chrome Cactus Boutique and inspected to make sure it is in the same condition that we initially sent it to customer in. We reserve the right to deny a refund if merchandise is soiled or damaged in any way.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We use Stripe as our payment processor. We are able to accept all major credit cards, which are processed through Stripe. You also have a bank-pay option; this is where the funds come straight from your bank account, much like paying with a check, only it's electronic and instantaneous.

Understandable question! We sold online through our website and eBay from 2000-2008, needing to stop due to the demands of raising a family.

We've been actively selling online via eBay and Poshmark for almost two years. We have a 100% positive feedback rating on eBay and have achieved Poshmark Ambassador status on Poshmark. Our rating on Poshmark is 4.9 out of 5 stars.

Do you dropship? Are you a dropshipper?

No. All of our merchandise is on hand, in our inventory, ready to be shipped to you. We meticulously quality-check every item before packing it up and sending off to you. We just don't trust dropshippers to ship off merchandise to our customers that we've never touched or seen in person. How would we know exactly what is being sent to our customers? We stand behind everything we sell and make sure you are getting exactly what is shown/described on our website.

Dropshipping just does not support how we choose to do business.

Where does your merchandise come from?

We have hand-selected a handful of vendors whom we purchase our merchandise from. We love sourcing new vendors that provide the unique, high-quality AND affordable merchandise we offer.
