This is Mistletoe style #4500. He was introduced on 10/01/2001 and retired just about 3 months later on 12/31/2001. A cute Christmas-themed bear, whether you're a collector or not! He has very soft plush and wears a big green satin ribbon. The poem on his swing tag reads:
